It’s always fun to look back on the past year and view our highlight reel. At this time last year, we had just received the news that Don would be traveling to Africa to be on the Discovery Channel show, Naked and Afraid. If you missed that post, read more about his adventures. We still don’t know the air date yet, but will let you know as soon as we know.
We had also packed up our cabin and cars to the brim in Colorado and drove to where the mountains meet the sea in the Pacific Northwest. This is where we have called home for the last year. Don continues his goal of mountain guiding and I’m finishing my Bachelor of Science in nutrition by this June.
As for 2016, our goals have remained the same: to continue doing the things that make us feel alive and give us purpose.
Thanks for following along with us on our exciting journey. It has been riveting and somewhat stressful thus far, but I’m lucky to be experiencing it next to someone I love. Until the wanderlust strikes again, cheers to 2016! May it be a memorable one!
