Wishing everyone a very very Merry Christmas and safe New Year from snowy Leadville, Colorado. We just got about 14 inches the past few days!!! Burrrr! I think this snowstorm came hard and fast to show up all the peeps who had been saying that it had been an exceptionally warm winter, thus far. Not so fast. The snow was beautiful and sugary and even though it would creep into my boots past my ankles, I still loved it. That day, don and I drank big mugs of hot cocoa with puffy marshmallows and curled up like cats on the couch to settle into watching the last three episodes of Orange is the New Black where I very promptly dozed off like it was my job.
